Schneider Electric seeks a Principal ERP Architect to lead the SAP S/4HANA technical architecture across the ERP landscape, guiding standards, upgrades, and transformation programs. The role partners with ERP leaders, solution architects, developers, and cybersecurity to shape direction and ensure scalable, secure SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Eng or related field required.
• 12+ years of SAP experience with focus on architecture or transformation.
• 7+ years leading SAP architecture activities for large ERP projects.
• Deep SAP S/4HANA architecture knowledge and deployment experience.
• Experience with ECC-to-S/4HANA transformations and Clean Core.

Responsabilités

• Lead SAP S/4HANA architecture activities across upgrades and transformation initiatives.
• Define and govern SAP architecture standards, patterns and best practices.
• Review designs, interfaces, and custom developments for alignment with standards.
• Guide SAP development teams on RAP, CAP and extensibility frameworks.
• Partner with infra, cybersecurity and platform teams for HA, security and performance.
