Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP technical leadership for architecture, development and delivery.
• Experience leading development teams and governing standards.

• Ability to review technical specs and enforce Clean Core and SAP best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design SAP technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Lead SAP developers and offshore teams; mentor and review code.
• Manage end-to-end development lifecycle: analysis, design, build, test and deployment.
• Define integration approaches between SAP and non-SAP systems; ensure performance and maintainability.
• Establish coding standards, governance, and risk mitigation; support audits.
