Job summary

Accenture PLC seeks an experienced SAP advisory professional to guide Fortune 500 clients through transformation with SAP S/4HANA and cloud solutions, leveraging design thinking and industry best practices.

You will lead strategic engagements, advise at the executive level with CTO/CIO, build trusted advisory relationships, oversee delivery progress, resolve blockers, and ensure proactive communication during critical incidents.

Responsibilities

• Build advisory relationship with strategic accounts and engage with Architects, CTO, and CIO.
• Identify customer priorities, technical objections, and design strategies encompassing the SAP ecosystem to deliver business value and resolve blockers.
• Demonstrate a track record for successful leadership and executive presence in face-to-face interactions.
• Ensure effective communication with customers during critical incident management, with a focus on C-level executives.
• Lead executive committee meetings with customer stakeholders to monitor delivery progress and customer support experience, emphasizing a proactive agenda.
• Provide domain expertise around SAP S/4HANA private and/or public cloud and enterprise
