• Familiarity with major database programs like SQL Server or DB2.

Responsibilities

• Review business requirements and create or assist with test plans.
• Develop automated test scripts and automation plans for QA in the release pipeline.
• Provide second/third level application support for help desk tickets.
• Write and debug code for software applications.
• Create IT test plans and execute IT and business test plans.
• Implement scheduled execution of automated tests.
• Suggest system changes and improvements for QA governance.
• Mentor IT-Co-op team members and stay updated on industry best practices.
• Guide QA tool selection and governance and manage software releases.
