• Follow SDLC for Software Quality and assist with test planning and test execution.
• Assist with deployment and user training for applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
• Experience testing web and mobile applications across platforms and devices.

Responsibilities

• Work with development teams to test and verify backend APIs, data flows and front-end requirements.
• Ensure web and mobile applications function consistently across browsers, devices, and operating systems.
• Create and review IT test plans with business teams and execute them.
• Support rollouts to the business and provide user training.
