Job summary

NTT DATA Business Solutions seeks a SAP Project Manager to lead delivery of SAP implementations for Field Consulting clients across the United States. • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field required.
• 5 years of experience as a Project Manager on ERP implementations, including 4 years cross-functional SAP implementation management.
• Minimum of one S/4 HANA or one cloud project implementation experience.
• Ability to lead strategic workshops with clients.
• Preferred: Advanced degree and Project Management training/certification.

Job description

The NTT Data Business Solutions SAP Project Manager is responsible for managing the successful project delivery and customer satisfaction to Field Consulting clients. Plans, directs, and manages delivery of client SAP implementation projects; reviews project proposals to determine scope and goals, project time frame, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing project goals and objectives; develops and maintains project plan and timeline, issues, assignments, documentation and other project communications; prepares weekly project status reports; directs and coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget; reviews project status with project personnel and modifies schedules and plans as required; monitors project results against project scope; directs the development of quality assurance test plans, customer acceptance test plans and conference room pilot test plans.

Candidates can be located in any U.S City and must be willing to travel up to 100% as the client/project may require.

A. Project Quality Assurance/Project Profitability/Project Reporting

• Account Management for assigned accounts
• Cultivate professional relationships with clients
• Establish credibility and relationships with client decision makers, know their business, their industry, their culture, and their top priorities
• Create an environment of extreme customer focus within the team
• Be an advocate for customers within NTT DATA Business Solutions
• Timely response to and acceptable resolution of customer escalations
• Renewal and expansion of contractual relationships
• Educate consultants regarding value propositions, offerings, and implementation strategies
• Proactively contribute to the deployment of the project implementation methodology

Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) in Information Technology or related field of study is required for this position
• 5 years of experience (OR Masters and 4 years exp) as a Project Manager on ERP implementations, which must have included 4 years cross-functional SAP implementation management experience

The annual base compensation range for this role will be $128,151 - $193,789. The exact compensation at which this job is filled will be determined by a number of factors including but not limited to organizational needs and the qualified candidate’s skill set, certifications, and experience.
