Job summary

Robotics Technologies LLC seeks an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead enterprise SAP transformation programs within a manufacturing environment. You will drive end-to-end delivery across ECC, manage scope and governance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, within-budget outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 12–15 years of SAP delivery experience, strong client-facing skills, and a track record in large programs.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years SAP delivery experience with at least 5 years in project/program management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes.
• Experience managing global and geographically distributed teams.
• Expertise in project planning tools and governance frameworks.
• Strong client-facing and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP program and project delivery across ECC and related enterprise applications.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive governance, steering committee reviews, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including SAP functional, technical, infrastructure, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and quality standards.
• Manage cutover planning, testing, deployment, hypercare, and transition to support.
• Collaborate with business leadership to align SAP initiatives with manufacturing objectives.
• Support SAP S/4HANA assessment, roadmap planning, and transformation initiatives.
