Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking a seasoned SAP Program Leader in the United States to drive complex SAP-enabled transformations from concept to delivery. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate multi-vendor environments, and ensure alignment with business case objectives and change management strategies.

You should bring 12–15 years of consulting experience with proven success in SAP programs, including multi-country rollouts in retail.

Qualifications

• 12-15 years of consulting experience.
• Experience leading SAP programs across full lifecycle.
• Experience in Retail industry program leadership.
• Multi-country rollout experience for ECC and S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex SAP-enabled transformation programs from inception to completion.
• Manage geographically distributed teams and multi-vendor setups.
• Develop and implement structured program delivery frameworks.
• Collaborate with IT, business, and change teams for success.
• Maintain relationships with IT and business stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrate thought leadership in the retail industry.
