Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Project Lead 3 who will lead large ERP SAP programs, collaborate with C-Level and client delivery teams, and drive bid and go-to-market strategies. You will oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management across Brownfield and Greenfield SAP S/4HANA initiatives.

Successful candidates will demonstrate hands-on SAP experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to align project outcomes with client business goals in a dynamic, global delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Must have executed at least 2 end-to-end large SAP programs in Program Manager roles.
• Hands-on experience with end-to-end Brownfield or Greenfield SAP S/4HANA programs is a big plus.
• Experience working closely with C-Level and Client Delivery/Project Managers for engagement success.
• Led engagement planning, budgeting, and budgeting, and managed engagement teams with deliverable content and buy-in from top management.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making for project execution.
• Engage with senior stakeholders to define scope and foster consensus.
• Refine project management processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Establish quality benchmarks and manage risk to improve outcomes.
• Monitor margins and align with financial targets; develop RFP responses and Go-to-Market efforts.
