Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Package Project Lead 3 in Buffalo, NY to drive SAP ERP implementations across manufacturing clients. You will guide cross-functional teams, engage senior stakeholders, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The role demands extensive SAP modules knowledge, stakeholder management, and governance, with focus on risk mitigation, quality assurance, and Go-to-Market strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required.
• Willingness to relocate/travel to work locations.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship (Infosys cannot sponsor).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with objectives.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and foster consensus for successful outcomes.
• Evaluate and refine project management processes by incorporating best practices for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
• Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks.
• Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets.
• Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies.
• Engage in resource allocation, and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals.
• Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations.
