Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to lead SAP PP engagements, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and guide teams to deliver value for manufacturing clients.

You will manage complex SAP programs, build strong client relationships, and mentor junior consultants while traveling up to 60% and contributing to cross-functional, diverse teams in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
5–7 years SAP PP experience.
Experience managing SAP projects/work streams.
Strong communication and client service skills.
Willingness to travel 40-60%.
Knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes.
Experience with SAP ERP implementations (ECC/S4HANA).
Ability to translate business needs into technical specs.

Responsibilities

Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis.
Overseeing program/project management and ensuring engagement economics are met.
Developing resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
Leading large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Demonstrating in-depth technical capabilities and possessing strong business acumen.
Staying abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client's business and demonstrating the ability to assimilate to new knowledge.
Consistently delivering high-quality client services by monitoring progress, managing risks, and keeping key stakeholders informed of developments and expected outcomes.
Building and maintaining relationships with client personnel at all levels to foster collaboration and trust.
Effectively leading and motivating diverse teams, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
Identifying and generating new business opportunities by understanding EY’s service lines and proactively assessing ways to meet client needs. Cultivating long-term client relationships and collaborating with team members across EY practices to serve client needs.
