Job summary

EY seeks a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to translate business requirements into SAP technical solutions and to design effective system architectures. You will interact with stakeholders, guide SAP PP configurations, and lead delivery across complex engagements.

You will manage client relationships, oversee budgets, and mentor junior consultants while leveraging EY’s global resources to deliver value and drive efficiency. Travel 40-60% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Typically, 5-7 years of relevant SAP experience.
• At least five years in SAP Production Planning (PP) in a consulting or configuration role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams with oversight of team members.
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices and advisory experience related to SAP tech.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships on a daily basis.
• Oversee program and project management with engagement economics in mind.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams.
• Demonstrate strong technical capabilities and business acumen with current trends.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed of outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with client personnel at all levels.
• Motivate diverse teams, provide feedback, and mentor junior consultants.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities across EY practices.
