Job summary

EY’s Technology practice seeks a Senior Manager to translate business requirements into technical specifications and lead complex SAP PP engagements. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, design system architectures, and ensure delivery meets client objectives.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams, manage risks, and foster a collaborative, high-performance environment while expanding EY’s SAP footprint across manufacturing clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• Typically, 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least five years of SAP Production Planning (PP) experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication, client service and technical writing skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams.
• Knowledge of best practices in supply chain and advisory experience.
• Ability and willingness to travel 40–60%.
• Experience in cost-benefit analyses.
• Familiarity with technology business architecture frameworks.
• Skills in training design and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis.
• Overseeing program/project management and ensuring engagement economics are met.
• Developing resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Leading large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Staying abreast of current business and industry trends relevant to the client’s business.
• Monitoring progress, managing risks, and communicating outcomes to stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining relationships with client personnel at all levels.
• Mentoring junior consultants and fostering an inclusive, innovative team environment.
• Identifying and generating new business opportunities by aligning EY services with client needs.
