Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to translate business requirements into SAP specifications and lead complex SAP PP engagements. You will collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture that improves manufacturing cost, efficiency and quality.

Applicants should have 5–7 years of SAP PP experience, strong communication, and proven leadership in delivering large, multi-stream SAP projects. Approx.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant SAP experience.
• Experience leading SAP production planning (PP) projects in a consulting or configuration role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and client service skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams with project team oversight.
• Knowledge of supply chain best practices and technology function advisory work.
• Willingness to travel; travel up to 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program and project management; ensure engagement economics are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead SAP client engagements or work streams aligned with client objectives.
• Demonstrate strong technical capabilities and business acumen; stay current with trends.
