Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in our Technology practice to translate business requirements into technical SAP specifications and lead complex SAP projects in Manufacturing. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design and deliver effective SAP solutions, focusing on PP, FICO, and related modules.

You will manage large client engagements, mentor junior consultants, and drive business development by identifying opportunities across EY practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 5–7 years of SAP Production Planning experience in a consulting or configuration role.
• Proven experience leading SAP projects or work streams with teams.
• Strong communication, client service and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP engagements or work streams aligned with client objectives.
• Demonstrate technical capabilities and stay aligned with industry trends.
• Deliver high-quality client services by tracking progress and risk.
