Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Technology to lead SAP manufacturing engagements. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, design and deliver system architecture, and manage complex SAP PP projects across client environments.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams, driving quality, risk management, and client satisfaction while mentoring junior consultants and growing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years in SAP Production Planning (PP) in a functional role.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and client service skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams.
• Knowledge of best practices in supply chain and advisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams.
• Maintain current knowledge of business trends relevant to the client.
• Deliver high-quality client services by monitoring progress and risks.
• Build relationships with client personnel at all levels.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster an inclusive team environment.
