EY is seeking a Senior Manager in its Technology practice to lead SAP manufacturing engagements. You will translate business requirements into technical specs and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and deliver SAP solutions.

The role emphasizes cost, risk, and program leadership while guiding large client projects and teams. With 5–7 years in SAP PP, you will manage complex engagements, travel up to 40–60%, and contribute to a diversified, inclusive EY culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) within a consulting or configuration role.
• Strong communication, client service and technical writing skills.
• Proven SAP project or workstream management experience.
• Knowledge of supply chain practices and SAP integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams with alignment to client objectives.
• Demonstrate technical capabilities and business acumen; stay updated on industry trends.
• Deliver high‑quality client services by monitoring progress and risks.
• Build relationships with client personnel at all levels and foster collaboration.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster an inclusive, innovative team environment.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across EY practices.
