Job summary

The CITGO Lemont Refinery in Lemont, Illinois is seeking a SAP Technical Data Administrator to manage SAP PM master data and system configuration. You will support maintenance planning, data governance, and reporting, collaborating with PM/Operations teams to keep functional locations and equipment accurately represented.

Strong knowledge of PM and MM SAP modules, advanced database and scheduling tools, and a track record of delivering reliable data management are essential for success in this

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus8 years of job-related experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of job-related experience preferred.
• Experience with both PM and MM SAP modules.
• Advanced database proficiency (pivot tables, macros, lookups).
• Strong scheduling knowledge of MS Project & Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Manage SAP PM master data and related functional locations, equipment and BOMs.
• Configure SAP user roles for PM modules and resolve workflow issues.
• Develop and maintain daily maintenance scheduling in SAP and external tools.
• Lead training for contract personnel on SAP work processes.
• Improve data quality and ensure alignment with PM/Operations.
• Oversee tagging and migration of equipment with SAP numbers.
