Job summary

CITGO Petroleum Corporation in Houston is seeking a Systems and Master Data Manager to own master data and system governance for Non-Hydrocarbon Procurement and Supply Chain operations. Lean/Six Sigma Certification is required to drive process improvements and KPI development.

You will lead data governance, oversee SAP MM/IM configurations, and collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, and IT to deliver accurate data and reporting, enabling end-to-end visibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management, Supply Chain Management or Information Systems.
• 8+ years in procurement/supply chain systems with SAP configuration and analytics.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification and hands-on data governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as process owner for systems, tools, and master data across procurement and supply chain.
• Maintain accurate, governed material and service master data; support P2P and S2C.
• Define supply chain KPIs and enable end-to-end visibility of planning, purchasing, inventory, and supplier performance.
• Lead data governance, system testing, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration.
