Job summary

Venture Global LNG in Cameron, LA is seeking an experienced Specialist, CMMS to lead CMMS builds and upgrades for assets and projects at the CP2 LNG facility. The role focuses on SAP PM/MM, master data governance, and delivering end-to-end CMMS support to maintenance and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CMMS build experience.
• Knowledge of maintenance strategies, PM optimization methods.
• Create/Validate Maintenance Items & Plans.
• Create/Validate Task lists and standard text.
• Understanding workflows of Plant Maintenance systems.
• Bill of materials creation and assignment to task lists.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance, maintenance plans and repairs.
• Knowledge of master data objects supporting SAP PM (BOM, Equipment Master, functional locations, work centers).
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA PM & MM modules.
• MDG on SAP S/4HANA experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support CMMS build workstreams for master data, assets, and projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical, functional, and business teams.
• Create and maintain CMMS training materials and conduct end-user training.
• Provide first-level SAP PM/MM user support, triage and escalation of issues.
• Lead testing and validation of upgrades; create test scenarios and scripts.
• Act as SME for SAP CMMS, partnering with maintenance & operations.
• Manage master data governance and ensure consistent data fields.
• Support development and delivery of systems training for users.
• Oversee data integrity and day-to-day CMMS operation.
• Provide end-to-end support for SAP PM/MM processes including archiving.
• Support CMMS upgrade projects.
• Work with global teams to share processes.
• Validate mass data loads for migrations.
• Coordinate with Information Management to ensure quality data from EPCs.
