EY seeks an SAP PLM Senior Consultant to design and deliver SAP PLM solutions within our Core Supply Chain team. You translate business needs into practical configurations and guide cross‑functional teams across SAP PLM, DMS, BOM management, and ECM.

The role requires 2–4 years of SAP/ERP experience, strong documentation, and 40–60% travel. You’ll work with SAP S/4HANA and Windchill integrations to streamline product lifecycle processes and time‑to‑market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of functional SAP/ERP experience, PP module preferred.
• 2+ years with SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA, SAP PLM experience.
• Experience supporting SAP projects or workstreams in manufacturing or supply chain.
• Hands-on with requirements gathering, solution design, and testing.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP PLM designs.
• Lead or support PLM workstreams, workshops, and design sessions.
• Configure SAP PLM capabilities including DMS, BOM management, ECM.
• Support SAP S/4HANA and Windchill integrations with data mapping and testing.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams on end-to-end data flows.
• Create functional specs and coordinate with technical teams on configs and reports.
• Develop test scenarios and document defects for timely resolution.
• Support data validation, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization.
