Job summary

The Commission is seeking a seasoned Performance Load Test Architect/Lead with SAP expertise to own the performance engineering strategy for Journi. You will define NFRs/SLOs/SLAs, create workload models, and lead planning across SDLC stages. Collaborate with SAP, CRM, middleware, and vendors to optimize capacity and performance.

You will establish monitoring, review test plans, and drive tuning recommendations, with onsite presence in Middletown, PA as required by the program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• NeoLoad certification preferred.
• Cloud certifications (Azure or AWS) preferred.
• 12+ years IT experience.
• 8+ years enterprise performance engineering & load testing.
• 5+ years leading enterprise performance testing initiatives.
• Expert-level NeoLoad experience.
• Experience architecting performance testing for enterprise apps.
• Strong SAP BRIM/S4HANA/DataSphere/API/middleware experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and own overall performance engineering strategy for Journi program.
• Develop enterprise performance testing standards, governance, methodologies, and best practices.
• Define workload models using historical metrics & growth.
• Establish NFRs/SLOs/SLAs & performance acceptance criteria.
• Lead performance planning for Solution Confirmation, PI Planning, SIT, UAT, Go-Live & Hypercare.
• Review architecture to identify scalability risks & bottlenecks early in SDLC.
• Provide technical leadership for capacity planning and sizing.
• Define enterprise monitoring strategy across apps, middleware, SAP, DB, infra & cloud.
