Job summary

The Commission is seeking an accomplished Performance Engineering Leader to define and own the performance strategy for the Journi program. You will set enterprise testing standards, workload models, and acceptance criteria across SAP BRIM, S/4HANA, CRM platforms, and middleware.

You will drive capacity planning, architecture reviews, and monitoring initiatives in a hybrid/remote setup with onsite Middletown, PA.

Qualifications

• 12+ years overall IT experience.
• 8+ years in enterprise performance engineering.
• 5+ years leading enterprise performance testing initiatives.
• Expert-level NeoLoad experience.
• Experience architecting performance testing solutions for enterprise-scale applications.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BRIM, S/4HANA, CRM platforms, APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the overall performance engineering strategy for the Journi program.
• Develop enterprise performance testing standards, governance, methodologies, and best practices.
• Define workload models using historical production metrics and anticipated business growth.
• Establish non-functional requirements (NFRs), SLOs, SLAs, and performance acceptance criteria.
• Lead performance planning activities for Solution Confirmation, PI Planning, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare.
• Review solution architecture to identify scalability risks, performance bottlenecks, and infrastructure constraints early in the SDLC.
• Provide technical leadership for capacity planning and infrastructure sizing recommendations.
