Job summary

Genpact is urgently seeking a SAP SD Specialist (OTC) in Atlanta, GA onsite. The role involves configuring and customizing SD objects including pricing, master data, and partner functions, with integration to Salesforce, proship, Magento, ARIBA and other non-SAP systems.

Candidate should have relevant SAP SD/OTC experience, ability to work with ABAP, BASIS and integration teams, perform RCA and lead testing cycles, and ensure accurate end-to-end OTC processes.

Qualifications

• Graduation: B.Tech/B.E, MBA/MCA.

Responsibilities

• Work in S/4 HANA SAP OTC process.
• Configuration and customization of SD objects, pricing, and partner functions.
• Integrate with Salesforce, proship, Magento, ARIBA and non-SAP systems.
• Support end-to-end OTC processes and data accuracy.
• Prepare functional specs and collaborate with ABAP, BASIS and integration teams.
• Conduct unit testing, assist UAT, and provide AMS production support.
