Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in its Technology practice to lead SAP client engagements across OTC, SD, and related modules. You will translate business requirements into technical specs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable SAP solutions.

You will manage large-scale programs, oversee budgets, mentor junior consultants, and drive business development while traveling up to 40-60% to serve clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Eight+ years in SAP Order-to-Cash in SD on SAP S/4HANA/ECC.
• Strong communication, presentation, and client service skills.
• Proven ability to lead client relationships and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements in OTC, including order management, pricing, billing.
• Oversee program and project management and ensure engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Finance, and Procurement to design holistic SAP solutions.
• Deliver high-quality client services and manage risk and stakeholders.
