EY is seeking a seasoned SAP Order-to-Cash leader to manage and deliver complex OTC solutions, guiding large client engagements and resource planning. You will coordinate across Supply Chain, Finance, and Procurement domains, ensuring quality delivery and risk management.

You will drive client workshops, mentoring junior consultants, and developing lasting relationships across EY practices, with travel required up to 60% and a flexible, hybrid work environment.

Formación

• A bachelor’s degree.
• Typically, 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• At least eight years of experience working within SAP Order-to-Cash; deep functional and technical experience in SAP SD in S/4HANA and/or ECC.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Proven ability to lead client relationships and internal teams, with strong project management expertise (e.g., SAP Activate) and a track record delivering SAP projects.
• Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and industry-specific finance and technology functions.
• Skills in training design and delivery.
• Flexibility to travel 40-60%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams, overseeing OTC (Sales Order, ATP, Shipping, Credit, Pricing, Billing).
• Oversee program/project management and ensure engagement economics are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Demonstrate deep technical capabilities and business acumen in OTC and related domains within Supply Chain, Finance, and Procurement.
• Understand master data impact and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic solutions.
• Deliver quality client services, monitor progress, manage risk, and keep stakeholders informed.
• Lead client workshops and meetings to gather user stories and establish relationships with client personnel.
• Inspire diverse teams with coaching and mentorship to foster innovation and inclusion.
• Generate new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships across EY practices.
• Support professional development through training and career opportunities.
