Job summary

EY is seeking a skilled SAP Order-to-Cash leader in the US to manage large client engagements, supervise end-to-end OTC design and implementation, and coordinate cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Finance and Procurement. You will deliver high-quality services while managing risk and client relationships.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, architectural design, and effective communication, with opportunities for mentorship and business development in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• 8+ years in SAP Order-to-Cash with SD in S/4HANA or ECC.
• Ability to design, configure, implement, and document WRICEF objects.
• Strong written and verbal communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large SAP client engagements or work streams (OTC).
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Demonstrate deep SAP OTC and related domains knowledge.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic solutions.
• Lead client workshops and stakeholder meetings.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants and foster inclusive teams.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and identify new opportunities.
