Job summary

Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. is seeking a Senior SAP Engineer for OTC processes to lead production support and strategic OTC projects. The role requires deep SAP SD expertise, strong EDI and RFC/BAPI knowledge, and experience delivering end-to-end SAP S/4 solutions for sales and distribution.

You will design OTC SAP functionality, work with WRICEF components, and provide guidance on system testing and user training. On-site role with opportunities to drive cross-functional improvements.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years SAP SD and working knowledge in other integrated modules like MM, FI-AR.
• Experience in a full project lifecycle end to end.
• Strong exposure to EDIs (850, 855, 810, 830).
• Knowledge of RFCs, BAPIs, BADIs, BDCs, User Exits, and enhancement points.
• Strong knowledge of outbound/inbound ABAP interfaces using IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, and flat files.

Responsibilities

• Lead production SAP environment for OTC processes.
• Design SAP OTC modules with end-to-end business process alignment.
• Gather requirements and deliver SAP S/4 solutions for Sales and Distribution.
• Develop workflows, interfaces, data conversions, enhancements, and forms (WRICEF).
• Lead larger change requests and projects across SAP disciplines.
• Provide user training and documentation.
