Job summary

Cleveland-Cliffs Inc. in Cleveland, OH is seeking aSenior SAP Engineer for OTC processes to join the SAP production support team and participate in strategic projects. The role focuses on leading design and end-to-end SAP OTC processes, including EDI and SD configurations, in a manufacturing environment.

The position is onsite at Cleveland, OH or East Chicago, IN. Candidates should have 5+ years of SAP SD experience, strong ABAP/IDOC skills, and a proven ability to deliver complex SAP solutions

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
• 5 years SAP SD; working knowledge in MM, FI-AR.
• Experience in a full project lifecycle end to end.
• Strong exposure to EDI's (850, 855, 810, 830, etc).
• Knowledge of RFCs, BAPIs, BADIs, BDCs, User Exits, and enhancements.
• Strong knowledge of outbound/inbound ABAP interfaces using IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, and flat files.
• Broad technical knowledge across SAP functionality and technology.
• Expert in IDOC enhancements.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States full-time.

Responsibilities

• Be a Functional Leader to manage the SAP OTC production environment.
• Design the SAP OTC modules with end-to-end business process understanding.
• Keep SAP OTC knowledge up to date.
• Ensure all new developments conform to SAP standards.
• Train end users and assist with user documentation.
• Act as liaison with Business users to gather requirements and deliver SAP S/4 for Sales & Distribution.
