NAVA Software Solutions in Newark, CA is seeking an experienced SAP SD/OTC Consultant to lead end-to-end OTC processes in an SAP S/4HANA environment. The role requires hands-on configuration of sales documents, pricing, billing, and delivery, including advanced ATP and Make-to-Order/Make-to-Stock scenarios.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience as an SAP SD / OTC Functional Consultant.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA SD configuration and implementation.
• In-depth understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes.
• Experience with SAP aATP configuration, including product availability checks, Backorder Processing (BOP), and Product Allocation (PAL).
• Strong knowledge of sales order management, pricing, billing, shipping, delivery, and returns.
• Experience with MTO/MTS processes and complex order fulfillment scenarios.
• Good understanding of integration with SAP MM, PP, FI/CO, and EWM.
• Experience writing functional specifications and working with ABAP developers.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage functional requirements, configuration, testing, and production support.

Responsabilidades

• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide L2/L3 functional support.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documentation, and business process documentation.

Job Description.

• We are looking for an experienced SAP SD / Order-to-Cash (OTC) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations, configuration, and support.
• The ideal candidate should have expertise in end-to-end OTC processes, including sales order management, pricing, billing, delivery, shipping, and advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP).
• The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to design, configure, and optimize SAP SD solutions supporting complex business processes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support end-to-end SAP SD / OTC processes in an SAP S/4HANA environment.

Perform hands-on SAP SD configuration, including sales document types, item categories, schedule lines, pricing procedures, billing, and delivery processes.

Configure and support Advanced Available-to-Promise (aATP) functionality, including product availability checks, backorder processing, and allocation management.

Work on Make-to-Order (MTO) and Make-to-Stock (MTS) business scenarios.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8+ years of experience as an SAP SD / OTC Functional Consultant.

Strong hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA SD configuration and implementation.

In-depth understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes.

Experience with SAP aATP configuration, including product availability checks, Backorder Processing (BOP), and Product Allocation (PAL).

Strong knowledge of sales order management, pricing, billing, shipping, delivery, and returns.

Experience with MTO/MTS processes and complex order fulfillment scenarios.

Good understanding of integration with SAP MM, PP, FI/CO, and EWM.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in Agile delivery environments.

Familiarity with high-volume order processing, inventory availability, and complex supply chain operations.
