The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to serve as a senior liaison between IT and business stakeholders, focusing on SAP Sales and Distribution and Order-to-Cash solutions. You will lead analysis, design, testing, implementation, and support for complex systems and guide project teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business or related field with 8+ years of experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate requirements into solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication; collaborate with stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

Lead analysis, design, configuration, testing, and support of SAP SD and OT-Cash solutions.
Partner with business and IT teams to define requirements and translate into system deliverables.
Mentor team members and provide direction on projects and processes.
Coordinate end-to-end testing and ensure documentation for test plans and results.
Provide production support and drive process improvements.
