Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to serve as a senior liaison between IT and business stakeholders. You will drive SAP Sales & Distribution, Order-to-Cash, pricing, and payment card integrations, leading analysis, design, testing, and implementation for complex business applications.

Remote sponsorship is not offered; travel as defined by the hiring manager may be required. Bloomington, MN HQ is referenced for perks.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Eight or more years of relevant experience or equivalent.
Experience with third-party ordering system integration.
Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials management, manufacturing, warehouse, or related processes.
Experience supporting enterprise-level applications in manufacturing or distribution.
Experience translating business requirements into functional specs, tech requirements, designs, and test plans.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; can resolve complex issues.
Strong written and verbal communication, able to work with stakeholders and leadership.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple complex assignments in a collaborative environment.
Acts as a senior advisor to business and IT management.
Builds relationships across functional, technical, and leadership teams.
Negotiates priorities, approaches, resources, and outcomes.
May lead project teams and provide work direction.

Responsibilities

Leads the analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of complex business systems and integrated technology solutions.
Partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to document requirements and translate them into system deliverables.
Serves as a subject-matter expert for SAP Sales and Distribution, Order-to-Cash, pricing, and related integrations.
Leads projects from concept through implementation, including scope, planning, coordination, and knowledge transfer.
Develops and improves methods, controls, and processes while maintaining data integrity.
Plans and coordinates end-to-end testing across integrated solutions, documenting plans, results, defects, and approvals.
Provides production support by troubleshooting issues, data analysis, and training users.
Mentors team members and maintains current knowledge of technologies and industry practices.
May lead project teams and provide work direction to others.
Advanced SAP SD experience including Order-to-Cash, pricing, and payment card processing.
