Job summary

The Toro Company is seeking a Lead Business Systems Analyst to bridge IT and business teams, delivering SAP SD and Order-to-Cash solutions. You will lead analysis, design, testing, and support of complex systems, guiding projects and mentoring peers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, plus eight or more years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SAP integrations involving finance, materials management, manufacturing, warehouse, or other related business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to translate business requirements into functional specs, designs and test plans.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work with stakeholders and management at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Leads the analysis, design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support of SAP SD and Order-to-Cash solutions.
• Partners with business stakeholders and IT teams to capture objectives and translate requirements into system deliverables.
• Serves as a senior advisor on SAP SD, Order-to-Cash, pricing, and related integrations.
• Leads projects from concept to implementation, including planning, evaluation, and knowledge transfer.
• Develops and improves processes to address complex requirements while maintaining data integrity.
• Plans end-to-end testing across integrated solutions and documents results and approvals.
• Provides production support, data analysis, and corrective actions, and trains users.
• Mentors and coaches team members and stays current with relevant technologies.
