Job summary

Ajin Georgia Co., Ltd. is seeking a SAP Operations Manager to oversee the stability and performance of the SAP landscape, including S/4HANA and HANA databases.

The role requires deep SAP expertise, incident management, and cross-functional collaboration across IT and business units. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in ERP operations or SAP Basis, strong problem-solving, and bilingual English/Korean communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ERP operations, Basis administration or programming development.
• Experience with SAP and SAP systems (ERP, S/4HANA) highly preferred.
• Strong communication across teams and stakeholders; bilingual in Korean and English advantageous.
• Knowledge of ITSM/ITIL and cloud SAP environments (AWS, Azure) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee SAP landscape stability, performance, and day-to-day administration.
• Provide end-user support, incidents, and change management for SAP systems.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams; liaise with vendors and service providers.
• Participate in capacity planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
