Job summary

ITResonance Inc seeks an SAP O2C Architect for an onsite Billingham, UK long-term contract. The role owns UK O2C functional design, aligning with the global template and UK processes such as pricing, ATP, billing, returns and weighbridge integrations.

Responsibilities include validating UK O2C, configuring with offshore teams, supporting EDI flows, and driving cutover readiness while ensuring governance with CF global architecture.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP O2C experience.
• Strong understanding of pricing, ATP, billing, returns, and EDI flows.
• Experience with weighbridge or logistics execution integrations.
• Strong functional design and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Validate UK O2C processes including pricing, ATP, billing, returns.
• Ensure weighbridge integration aligns with O2C PGI logic.
• Define UK specific exceptions with minimal deviation from template.
• Collaborate with offshore teams for configuration and SIT/UAT support.
• Support EDI partner flows and integration testing.
• Drive business readiness, training support, and cutover preparation.
• Ensure alignment with CF global architecture and governance.
