Job summary

Nutrien is seeking a Sr Mgr, SAP Functional Architect, Order to Cash in Loveland, CO. Lead a team of SAP professionals to design and implement SAP solutions supporting the Order to Cash business. Develop roadmaps, budgets, and engage with senior leaders to align technology with business strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• 10 years of experience in the job offered or in a computer systems analyst-related occupation.
• 10 years in a senior lead role leading SAP professionals and presenting to senior leaders.
• Three end-to-end SAP implementations as Lead Architect, including SAP S/4 and a global rollout.
• 10 years SAP delivery planning including milestones, resources, and budget.
• 10 years hands-on experience with SAP modules such as S/4HANA, SD, GTS.
• 5 years experience in SAP development estimation and delivery practices.
• 3 years industry experience in agriculture.

Responsibilities

• Grow and lead a high performing team of functional analysts and architects for SAP solutions.
• Develop SAP roadmaps, strategy, and budgets aligned to business goals.
• Coordinate with 3rd party providers to ensure SAP solutions meet requirements and SAP best practice.
• Design SAP solutions with integrity from concept through implementation and testing.
• Prioritize demand items in the Order to Cash space and ensure optimized delivery.
• Recruit, develop, and mentor team members.
