Job summary

Deloitte's SAP practice in McLean, VA seeks a Manager to lead data governance across SAP MDG and MDG-enabled transformations. You’ll guide governance design, oversee data migration, and mentor teams to deliver high-quality SAP MDG implementations.

You will work with clients to define operating models, drive value through analytics and AI-enabled governance, and partner with stakeholders to manage scope, budget, and delivery across multiple master data domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; 10+ years SAP/enterprise data management experience for alternative path.
• 8+ years SAP consulting experience in data management or ERP.
• 5+ years SAP MDG/MDM or data governance leadership, including at least one workstream lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP MDG and data governance workstreams across master data domains.
• Advise on data governance operating models, policies, and data quality measures.
• Oversee data migration and conversion strategies across SAP landscapes.
• Guide MDG architecture decisions and integration approaches.
• Manage scope, budget, schedule, risks, and delivery quality; coach team members.
• Facilitate senior stakeholder workshops and expand client value through MDM/AI-enabled governance.
