You will evaluate SAP MDG, partner with cross-functional teams, and create executive recommendations to guide phased implementation, data quality, and governance practices across the enterprise. Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in data management or governance with SAP data processes.
• Strong understanding of ownership, stewardship, workflow, approvals, and auditability.
• Hands-on experience supporting or implementing enterprise MDM/MDG platforms; SAP MDG preferred.
• Proficient in current-state assessments, gap analyses, and capability evaluations.
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead current-state assessment of data management processes, tools, workflows, controls, and governance practices.
• Conduct gap analyses between current MDM capabilities and target-state MDG solutions focusing on workflow, approvals, and data quality.
• Evaluate SAP MDG and comparable platforms to determine fit with business needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to define and develop a scalable data governance operating model.
• Create detailed roadmaps, executive documentation, and strategic recommendations for phased implementation.
