Job summary

Deloitte's SAP practice seeks a Senior Manager to lead SAP MDG and data governance initiatives across complex SAP environments. You will guide architecture, oversee workstreams, and mentor teams while delivering high-impact MDG programs.

You'll collaborate with clients to design operating models, coordinate data migrations, and drive value through analytics, automation, and AI-enabled governance capabilities, with travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years in SAP, data management, ERP, or consulting.
• 8+ years of SAP consulting, enterprise data management, or ERP consulting.
• 5+ years leading SAP MDG/MDM or enterprise data governance workstreams.
• Experience contributing to at least 4 SAP MDG/MDM data governance implementations.
• Experience delivering MDG/Data governance across multiple master data domains.
• Experience designing data governance operating models with at least 3 components.
• Experience managing a client-facing workstream with budget, scope, risks, and delivery quality.
• Ability to travel ~50% on average.

Responsibilities

• Lead MDG data governance workstreams with design, planning, delivery oversight.
• Advise clients on governance operating models, policies, and data quality measures.
• Oversee data migration strategies across SAP landscapes with cross-workstream coordination.
• Guide MDG architecture decisions and integration with broader SAP stack.
• Manage scope, schedule, staffing, risks, and delivery quality; coach teams.
• Facilitate senior stakeholder workshops and identify opportunities for value.
• Mentor and develop team members; ensure timely delivery.
