Deloitte's SAP practice in the United States is seeking an experienced Manager to drive enterprise data governance across SAPMDG environments. You will lead governance workstreams, coordinate migrations, and guide architecture decisions while mentoring teams and engaging senior stakeholders.

The role emphasizes delivering SAP MDG across multiple master data domains, designing operating models, and driving value through MDG, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled governance capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with significant SAP/data governance exposure.
• 6+ years of SAP MDG/MDM or data governance experience; leadership of at least one workstream.
• Experience delivering multiple SAP MDG/MDM implementations, including full lifecycle where possible.
• Ability to travel ~50% based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP MDG/data governance workstreams including design, planning, and delivery.
• Advise on operating models, policies, and data quality measures.
• Oversee data migration strategies across SAP landscapes and coordinate with multiple workstreams.
• Coach and develop team members; manage scope, budget, and risks.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and identify opportunities to expand client value.
