Job summary

Deloitte's SAP practice is seeking a Senior Consultant to drive SAP Master Data Governance programs across multiple client domains. You will guide design, build, testing, and go-live activities while collaborating with data stewards and client stakeholders to ensure data quality and governance.

The role emphasizes independent work within a team, strong communication, and the ability to manage complex multi-domain MDG deployments across SAP S/4HANA environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Associate’s degree plus 6+ years of SAP/enterprise data management experience.
• 5+ years of SAP consulting or enterprise data management experience, including 2 full-lifecycle implementations.
• 4+ years of hands-on SAP MDG or SAP master data implementation experience, including 1 full-lifecycle project.
• 2+ years of SAP MDG configuration experience in at least 1 domain with 2 capabilities (data models, FPM, BRFplus, validations, derivations, workflow, replication).
• 2+ years of experience modeling, mapping, configuring, validating, or maintaining SAP data models across 2 domains.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support SAP MDG implementations across multiple domains.
• Configure and enhance MDG capabilities including data models and workflows.
• Collaborate with data stewards and stakeholders to define data requirements and governance rules.
• Perform data profiling, cleansing, enrichment, migration, and reconciliation using SAP tools.
• Develop specifications, test scripts, cutover plans, and migration runbooks; support testing and deployment.
