Job summary

Accenture seeks a senior Manager in SAP Master Data Governance to lead MDG transformation programs for global clients. You translate client goals into actionable roadmaps, architect end-to-end MDG solutions, and guide multi-disciplinary teams on complex ERP analytics initiatives.

Travel may be required; you will stay current on SAP MDG best practices and contribute to Accenture's data governance offerings with thought leadership and assets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years experience in SAP Master Data
• Minimum 6 years of experience in the SAP MDG Module
• Minimum of 3 end-to-end SAP MDG implementations, including hands-on design and configuration
• Prior experience in a Consulting/Advisory role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience)

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior client executives on business challenges/trends and SAP value
• Lead customers in defining their SAP journey with business cases & roadmaps
• Architect end-to-end SAP MDG solutions leveraging SAP technologies and partner add-ons
• Design and optimize the End-to-End SAP MDG governance process
• Configure, design, build, test, and deploy core SAP MDG solutions
• Conduct workshops to drive design decisions and best practices
• Lead large project teams onsite with clients or within Accenture
• Stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations in SAP Data Management
