Job summary

PwC is seeking a Managed Services - SAP - Senior Manager to lead SAP consulting services, guiding large projects and coaching teams to ensure operational excellence and effective solution delivery across SAP applications.

You will influence stakeholders, design and implement SAP solutions, and support training and adoption activities while maintaining accountability and collaboration within the Business Application Consulting practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 7 years of SAP consulting or related experience.
• Experience leading large SAP delivery programs.

Responsibilities

• Leading SAP consulting workstreams for client engagements focused on operational efficiency and business application improvement
• Advising clients on SAP solution design, implementation approach, and support needs across enterprise application environments
• Translating business requirements into functional SAP recommendations that align with process, data, and integration needs
• Directing cross-functional teams through complex implementation activities, issue resolution, and delivery milestones
• Applying systems thinking to identify process gaps, integration dependencies, and opportunities for standardization
• Validating client outcomes, incorporating feedback, and adjusting delivery plans to address changing priorities
• Coaching team members through technical problem solving, delivery planning, and professional development
• Communicating project status, risks, and solution options to client stakeholders in a clear and engaging manner
• Supporting training content and user readiness activities that promote effective adoption of SAP tools and processes
• Modeling professional and technical standards while driving results across multiple client scenarios
