Job summary

PwC is seeking a SAP Security and Access Controls Manager to lead client work on SAP security, access controls, role design, and regulatory alignment within Advisory. You will guide project delivery, mentor teams, and review deliverables with care.

The role requires at least a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance in consulting or auditing contexts. Preference for advanced degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years delivering SAP security, compliance, and governance solutions including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, HANA, BTP, and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Leading SAP security and access control workstreams across client initiatives.
• Managing role design, segregation of duties analysis, and provisioning controls for SAP environments.
• Guiding teams in designing and implementing SAP GRC, compliance controls, and risk management capabilities.
• Reviewing security architecture for SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, HANA, BTP, and cloud platforms.
• Developing remediation plans for access risks and control gaps.
• Coordinating project planning, timelines, and deliverables across client workstreams.
• Applying analytical thinking to identify control dependencies and security vulnerabilities.
• Coaching teams on SAP security design, control documentation, and audit readiness practices.
• Building client relationships and advising stakeholders on compliance and governance.
• Supporting continuous monitoring and automated controls across SAP solutions.
