Job summary

PwC is seeking a SAP Security and Access Controls Manager to lead client engagements focused on SAP security, access controls, role design, and compliance support within our Advisory practice. You will mentor teams, guide project delivery, and exercise sound business judgment on complex issues while delivering value to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 5 years delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP security and access control workstreams across client transformation initiatives.
• Manage role design, segregation of duties analysis, and user provisioning controls for SAP environments.
• Guide teams in designing and implementing SAP GRC, compliance controls, and risk management capabilities.
• Review security architecture for SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, HANA, BTP, and cloud platforms.
• Develop remediation plans for access risks, control gaps, and compliance findings.
• Coordinate project planning, timelines, and deliverables across multiple client workstreams.
• Apply analytical thinking to identify control dependencies, system interactions, and security vulnerabilities.
• Mentor teams through remediation, governance, and compliance-focused delivery.
• Build client relationships and advise stakeholders on compliance and control integration.
• Support continuous monitoring and automated controls across SAP solutions.
