Job summary

Accenture seeks a confident SAP Finance Transformation Manager to lead and shape Finance SAP programs for Life Sciences clients. You will translate client goals into actionable roadmaps, architect end-to-end SAP/AI-enabled Finance solutions, and guide global delivery teams onsite or remotely.

You will partner with senior executives, develop business cases, and drive value through SAP platforms, AI capabilities, and best practices across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 7+ years SAP functional and technical experience in Intercompany Logistics
• 4+ years of SAP projects supporting Pharmaceutical, Medical Technology or Life Sciences distribution
• 2 end-to-end SAP S/4 implementations for Life Sciences clients
• Experience managing SAP delivery teams in a Global Delivery Model
• Prior experience in an Advisory and/or Consulting role
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience)

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior client Finance executives on business challenges/trends and value of SAP solutions
• Lead customers in defining their SAP journey with business cases and roadmaps
• Architect end-to-end Finance solutions leveraging SAP technologies and add-on solutions
• Explain SAP’s Business AI strategy and identify areas where AI adds value
• Deploy AI use cases within SAP delivery to improve project efficiency
• Advise and deliver Finance solutions based on industry best practices
• Lead large project teams onsite or within Accenture
• Stay current on regulations, trends, and innovations in your area of expertise
• Develop assets and best practices, acting as a thought leader
