Job summary

RTX is seeking a highly experienced DT Labor Collection Team Systems Lead to join the Global Digital Technology group in a remote capacity. The role focuses on guiding labor collection projects, SAP integrations, and system improvements across enterprise platforms.

You will manage projects, develop SAP configurations, and train users while coordinating with security and process owners to ensure successful delivery and compliance. This is a US-based leadership position requiring citizenship.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of general project management experience related to Enterprise Technology Business Systems or Infrastructure Technology.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to the business based on the requirements for projects requiring labor collection support.
• Performs analysis for new or enhanced labor systems based on specifications provided.
• Design and test labor collection solutions and create corresponding SAP configuration transports.
• Document labor collection solutions across P&W.
• Managing project schedules and resources to implement projects, meeting all budget, quality and schedule targets.
• Technical and functional problem solving.
• Assist in defining technical requirements for ongoing systems maintenance and future functionality to meet requirements and improve system efficiency.
• Train users in the use of the labor collections solutions.
• Work with the SAP Security Team to ensure transactions are properly assigned to users.
• Maintain effective and cooperative working relationships with process owners, technical and functional team members, and users.
