Ladders is seeking a DT FI Labor Collection Team Systems Lead (Remote) to guide SAP-based labor collection design and configuration for a leader in Aerospace & Defense. You will role across technical and functional stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions in a regulated environment.

The role blends project leadership with hands-on problem solving, documentation, and user enablement, with a focus on SAP labor collection processes and system improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of project management experience; advanced degree with 5+ years experience acceptable.
• U.S. citizenship required for access to sensitive information.
• Experience as SME in at least 4 full lifecycle SAP implementations preferred.
• Proficient in SAP FI/CO modules and related components.
• Strong understanding of SAP tables, transaction codes, and configuration.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a DT FI Labor Collection Team Systems Lead (Remote) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will lead systems work that supports labor collection processes, with a strong emphasis on SAP-based design, configuration, and support. You will partner across technical and functional stakeholders to translate requirements into effective solutions that improve how labor data is captured, managed, and used. The position also combines project leadership with hands-on problem solving, documentation, and user enablement in a highly regulated environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $107,500 – $204,500 annually

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on project requirements related to labor collection systems.
• Analyze and enhance labor systems based on specifications.
• Design, test, and configure labor collection solutions in SAP.
• Document labor collection solutions across the organization.
• Manage project schedules and resources to meet targets.

• Proficient in SAP modules including Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), and related modules.
• Strong understanding of SAP tables, transaction codes, and configuration.
