Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years IT industry experience with 2+ years in SAP ISU and Utilities.
• Hands-on M2C processes: meter orders, billing, invoicing, service and device management.
• Proficient in requirements gathering, documentation and Jira user stories.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; Agile familiar.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business and functional requirements from stakeholders.
• Create AS-IS and TO-BE process diagrams for SAP IS-U modules.
• Lead collaboration with billing, operations and IT teams on To-Be processes.
• Oversee Utility Billing and Invoicing in SAP ISU; develop test strategies.
• Document specifications, project plans and test strategies.
