Job summary

Sapsol Technologies Inc. seeks an experienced SAP IS-U Test Lead to drive a multi-year CIS implementation for a public utility in Oregon. You will own the test strategy, plans, and scripts, and lead testing for IS-U processes and integrations across multiple workstreams.

The role requires hands-on leadership of SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect triage, with strong Azure DevOps governance and stakeholder coordination. On-site role in Oregon with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP testing experience, including large-scale implementation
• Proven hands-on ownership of test strategy, plans, scenarios, and scripts
• Experience leading SIT, UAT, regression testing and defect triage across multiple workstreams
• Direct experience leading testing on SAP IS-U for a regulated utility
• Strong knowledge of SAP IS-U processes and integrations with AMI/MDM, channels, payments and finance

Responsibilities

• Develop and own end-to-end test strategy, master test plan, schedules and entry/exit criteria
• Create test scenarios and scripts for utility customer lifecycle processes
• Ensure test coverage for SAP IS-U integrations with AMI/MDM, channels, payments and finance
• Coordinate test data, environments, and dependencies across teams
• Lead test execution, monitor results, and manage defect lifecycle
• Plan and coordinate UAT with utility stakeholders and sign-off
• Provide progress reports, metrics, risk assessments, and go/no-go recommendations
• Support mock conversions, cutover rehearsals, and post-deployment validation
• Apply lessons learned to improve test processes across releases
